铀胁迫对大豆与玉米幼苗细胞DNA损伤的彗星试验研究Comet Assay Study on DNA Damages of Soybean and Corn Cell Caused by Uranium

摘要(Abstract):
以铀浓度为1000μmol·L-1、800μmo·lL-1、600μmol·L-1、400μmol·L-1、200μmol·L-1和100μmol·L-1的6组铀溶液和对照组(0μmol·L-1)培养大豆和玉米幼苗,采用彗星试验研究铀胁迫对大豆和玉米幼苗细胞DNA的损伤情况。试验结果表明,铀浓度为1000μmol·L-1和800μmol·L-1两组浓度的铀溶液对玉米幼苗根部细胞DNA造成的损伤比大豆的严重,其余浓度的铀溶液对大豆和玉米幼苗根部细胞DNA造成的损伤差别不明显;铀浓度为1000μmol·L-1的铀溶液对大豆幼苗茎部细胞DNA造成的损伤严重,而铀浓度为800μmol·L-1和100μmol·L-1的铀溶液对玉米幼苗茎部细胞DNA造成的损伤严重;只有铀浓度为600μmol·L-1和100μmol·L-1两组浓度的铀溶液对玉米幼苗叶部细胞DNA造成损伤,其余浓度的铀溶液未对大豆和玉米幼苗叶部细胞DNA造成明显损伤。
